AZ DE WORLD CARGO LOGISTICS LIMITED has strengthened its standing as a global-standard cargo and marine logistics firm with the acquisition of the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.

The milestone reinforces the company’s position as a quality-driven player in Nigeria’s logistics and maritime services sector.

The certification was issued by Cognicert UK Limited following a successful assessment of the company’s operations in line with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) standard of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

The scope of the approval covers the provision of offshore support, marine logistics, clearing and forwarding, cargo inspection, customs clearance, aircraft and ship parts movement, break-bulk cargo, project cargo handling and general merchandise services.

ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, is an independent, non-governmental global body that develops standards to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and consistency across products and services worldwide. Achieving ISO 9001:2015 indicates that an organisation operates with structured systems for risk management, service delivery, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
